 - Learning with the most intensive experience in AIESEC;
 - Experience, at least, 2 different leadership roles;
 - Work in a Management Role in AIESEC;
 - Lead Leaders!
 - Put "CEO" in your CV (at least once in your life);
 - Move more than 70 students with just a couple of words;
 - ...move them with your ACTIONS;
 - Inspire more than 70 students of your university!

 - Enjoy all "rituals" of CSN Church;

 - Plan and decide the most important strategies at national level;
 - Vote on Legislation!;
 - Get opportunity to apply to MC in next term;
 - Represent more then 2,000 members in CSN discussion;
 - Manage the next election processes;
 - Meet and be friend of others LCPs;
 - Cry of emotion in your Election aproval;
 - Be thrown by someone in the pool;
 - Fulfill one of the biggest application of the word;
 - You will know 1,245 Roll Calls; and will say: "I listened 'Maahi V'e in my D.Day"
 - ...and review the application 8 times before send it;
 - Memorize the 6 AIESEC values;
 - Develop your drinking habilities;
 - Learn to drink with your left hand;
 - Have sucess with "Maria's Leadership";
 - Grow your TNP value to 30 points;
 - Decrease your grade in 0,5 points (average);
 - Scream: "It's good... to be... It's good to be an LCP" on Conferences;
 - Finish your term and think that it could be better..........always..........

hi Pedro!!! hope everthings all right =) its alicia we met in ILC (LCP in @CAS) i was reading it and i was like omg everthing is totally right i think that so far as been the most exciting, stressfull, rewarding XP just don't agree on the 42 you LIVE the @ values and transmit to your LC! but a great post! so
