1. Lead a group of really High Potencial People;
2. Learning with the most intensive experience in AIESEC;
3. Experience, at least, 2 different leadership roles;
   
4. Work in a Management Role in AIESEC;
5. Lead Leaders!
6. Put "CEO" in your CV (at least once in your life);
7. Move more than 70 students with just a couple of words;

9. Inspire more than 70 students of your university!

49. Finish your term and think that it could be better..........always..........
